A:  Any of our baked goods can be made gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, anti-inflammatory, lower in fat/sugar, keto, vegan, and more!! Just message us and we'll do the rest!

A: We recommend all decorated cakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, pumpkin rolls, or other products with frosting stay refrigerated until the time of your event! Unless an order is extremely large in volume, all of our baked goods are made from scratch within 3 days of the event or scheduled pick-up so they are all at the peak of freshness.

A: Upon placing an order with us, we will talk about pick-up information. Depending on what type of event it is and where it is located. Either way, pickup will be located in Sandusky, OH.

Q: How do I keep my baked goods fresh?

Q: Where do I go for pickup?

A: The fall, holidays, and springtime through June are our busiest times. Because the Happy Baker is still in high school and is very busy with academics and extracurriculars, the sooner you can reserve your date the better! We are more likely to be able to take on a project and have more availability if we know in advance! For special events like bachelorette parties, graduation parties, weddings, and first birthdays, we recommend booking at least one month in advance! 

A: We accept cash, check, or Venmo. Upon placing an order with us, we will give you additional information regarding what type of payment you decide to use. 

A: For orders larger than two dozen of any type of baked good or for customized orders that contain more than one type of baked good, we require an initial non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost. Upon pick-up of the baked goods, we require the amount to be paid in full.
