In the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic, I was finishing up my eighth-grade year from home. I found myself making a LOT of banana bread (we all can remember doing that, right?!) and was baking more than any of us could eat! I started a Facebook page selling my baked goods, and it took off quickly! Here I am 3 years later, about to graduate high school, and my business is still thriving! The Happy Baking Co. isn't just your normal bakery. It is a bakery that was started by a middle school kid who was hoping to bring some love and connection into a world that was at the time, very disconnected.
